Can I use enquiries without a payment provider?
Yes. A website that invites people to write to you is a valid shop front.
Choose enquiries in Selling and use a monitored public email. Visitors can ask about a piece or commission; you agree the price, any deposit, delivery, and payment method directly. You do not need a payment-provider account for this path.
An existing payment link is optional. DriftLess does not supply an invoice, deposit, order, or refund workflow. Complete the applicable publication facts and review the customer action before publishing.
