Terms of service
The rules for using DriftLess, written in plain language.
DriftLess helps makers answer a guided brief, review and improve a private website, publish deliberately, and optionally add selling. It shows progress, keeps earlier versions, and uses included credits by default, with optional advanced setup on eligible accounts.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Direct AI billing is available on Studio and platform-admin accounts. When you choose to use your own AI account, you provide your own API keys, remain responsible for those provider costs, and DriftLess encrypts your keys at rest.
You agree not to use DriftLess to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to circumvent security measures; interfere with other users or the service; or violate any applicable laws. Anyone can report a published site through the Report a published DriftLess site option on our contact page. We may take a reported site offline while we investigate and reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create using DriftLess, including project plans, draft results, and code. DriftLess retains ownership of the service, its design, and its underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content as needed to provide the service.
We aim to keep DriftLess available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. First Look features may change at any time.
DriftLess is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
DriftLess uses included credits as the default AI billing model. Hosted usage first draws from any included monthly allowance and then from purchased credit packs. Included allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs never expire. Credit packs are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds for purchased credit packs are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the associated credits have not been used.
Shop features are optional and can use a supported payment provider chosen by the maker. Makers are responsible for accurate products, prices, availability, delivery promises, returns policies, fulfillment, taxes, and compliance with applicable consumer law. Provider processing and payout fees may apply. Each provider may approve, reject, restrict, or suspend seller accounts under its own terms and compliance requirements.
Payment is completed on the maker’s selected provider checkout. For Inflow-managed orders, a return to a maker website is not proof of payment and DriftLess relies on signed provider notifications. With an external provider link, that provider remains the payment and order record. Buyers should contact the maker using the order contact shown by the shop for product, delivery, return, or refund questions.
You can cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Maker subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
For questions about these terms, contact us through the contact page or at the address listed in our Legal Notice.
