Yes. The free plan includes enough monthly help for a first version, and no card is needed. You can purchase one Launch add-on pack (9.99 USD) per month if you want more hosted help. Upgrade to Pro for more monthly help and unlimited pack access.

What happens when I use all my included monthly help?

Buy an add-on pack to keep making versions with the simple hosted setup. Free accounts can buy 1 launch pack / month. Pro and Team can buy all packs without a monthly cap. If you need team-level controls, upgrade to Team.

What are Pro and Team?

Pro is $20/mo for people who want more sites and changes: about five first versions per month, up to 5, and unlimited add-on pack purchases. Team is $39/user/mo for organizations: about fifteen first versions per user each month, shared workspace, advanced setup options, unlimited saved work, and guided setup.

Why included monthly help instead of a flat price per version?

One visible version can require several behind-the-scenes steps to shape, review, and check the result. Included monthly help keeps that bundled into one simple balance instead of asking you to understand behind-the-scenes costs.

How is included monthly help counted?

With the simple hosted setup, DriftLess uses billing units as work is completed. Larger or more complex versions use more included help. If something fails, DriftLess only counts the minimum required work after earlier successful steps.

Where are purchases, refunds, and terms?

Can teams bring their own setup?

Yes on Team and platform-admin accounts. Use advanced setup when your team wants a specific approved internal account.

Do I keep the finished work?

Yes. On every plan, you can keep the finished work when you are ready. Starting from existing files begins on Pro.

What happens when I use all my hosted help?

The simple hosted setup pauses until the next monthly cycle or you top up with packs within your plan limits. Free accounts can buy 1 launch pack / month; Pro and Team can purchase packs without that cap. Team and platform-admin accounts can also use advanced setup.

Which setup does DriftLess use?

The included setup uses the current DriftLess-managed connection. DriftLess can update that setup without changing your workflow. If you need a specific advanced setup, use Team or a platform-admin account.

Can I switch between included help and advanced setup?

Yes, on Team and platform-admin accounts. You can switch anytime from Settings, and your account connection and hosted balance are preserved when you switch.

Do purchased add-on packs expire?

No. Purchased add-on packs never expire. Your included hosted allowance resets each calendar month.
