Live draft vs. checked preview

Know the difference between work in progress and a trusted preview.

A live draft can show work while DriftLess is still making changes. A checked preview is the version reviewed against your request and promoted as safer to inspect or share.

How to use this

  1. 1Use live drafts to monitor progress, not as final output.
  2. 2Wait for checked preview status before sharing widely.
  3. 3Ask for changes after reviewing the checked version.
  4. 4Use handoff only when the workspace is trusted enough for delivery.

Keep in mind

  • Intermediate previews can be incomplete.
  • Checked does not mean production-hosted.
  • A trusted preview still needs your business review.
