Export project files when you want a technical owner to continue.
Download files gives you a bundle based on saved artifacts for the version. It is useful for inspection, backup, and developer handoff, but production secrets and hosting setup still belong outside the zip.
How to use this
- 1Wait for a checked version when possible.
- 2Use Download files from the Studio export area.
- 3Give the bundle to a developer with project notes and goals.
- 4Configure production environment variables on the host, not inside the zip.
Keep in mind
- Partial runs may have incomplete artifacts.
- A zip is not a deployed production system.
- Do not expect secret values to be included.
