Docs - Integrations and advanced setup

External services expectations

Know what DriftLess can draft and what outside providers must handle.

External services such as email, analytics, payments, bookings, auth, databases, and CRM systems often need accounts, keys, webhooks, and production configuration. DriftLess can prepare the product shape, but real service ownership remains with you.

How to use this

  1. 1Name the external service you want to use.
  2. 2Decide whether the first version needs a real integration or a placeholder.
  3. 3Prepare provider accounts and credentials outside DriftLess.
  4. 4Test the integration in production-like conditions before launch.

Keep in mind

  • Do not assume external workflows are cloned by default.
  • Provider dashboards may require manual setup.
  • Customer data flows need privacy and security review.
