Docs - Selling and customer enquiries
Prepare products before adding a shop
Gather the real photographs, variants, prices, availability, and customer terms each product needs.
DriftLess does not invent products or commercial details. Each product should have enough accurate information for a buyer to understand what they will receive and what choices they must make.
Saved pieces and visible catalog items
Saving a piece in Photos & logo does not automatically finish its Selling setup or apply it to the website. Check its name, description, photographs and offer in the correct project. Hidden items should not be offered publicly; sold-out pieces must not promise current availability.
- A range explains a starting or variable price; it is not an automatic quote or invoice.
- Changing the storefront currency does not convert amounts. Review every displayed price, delivery amount and external payment page yourself.
- When a piece sells elsewhere, update its availability wherever it is offered. DriftLess does not reserve it from a payment-link click.
Checklist
- 1Choose a clear product name and description.
- 2Add photographs that show the whole item, important details, and scale when useful.
- 3List only real variants such as size, material, or finish.
- 4Use the piece’s real fixed price, range or commission-only choice; where a price is shown, keep it in the storefront currency and confirm availability.
- 5Prepare delivery, pickup, returns, and contact policies.
Keep in mind
- A payment link does not reserve stock. Update availability on the website and with the provider when an item sells.
- Show the same price and currency on the website and payment page.
