Email campaigns and audience

Use opt-in subscribers and safe campaign sending from the managed backend.

Business Cloud stores every audience signup with opt-in source and time. Transactional email covers verification, reset, and owner notifications. Promotional campaigns are drafted, sent, or scheduled from Business Hub and use provider broadcast infrastructure instead of ad-hoc bulk email loops.

Checklist

  1. 1Add a signup block to the site through Studio or add subscribers manually in Business Hub.
  2. 2Confirm the sender and audience segment before sending promotional email.
  3. 3Draft campaign name, subject, preview text, schedule, and body in Campaigns.
  4. 4Send or schedule only when subscribers opted in and unsubscribe support is available.
  5. 5Export the audience when the owner needs a plain CSV backup.

Keep in mind

  • Campaigns should go only to opted-in subscribers.
  • Promotional email should use Resend Broadcasts or an equivalent provider broadcast system, not direct loops over email sends.
  • Unsubscribe support and sender configuration are required for real campaigns.
