Advanced provider connectors
Connect external providers such as Resend without exposing secrets to the site.
Advanced provider connectors are for owners or teams that want a specific external tool behind the managed website backend. Resend can be connected for a site-level sender and audience segment. The API key is encrypted server-side, masked in the dashboard, and never shipped to generated browser code.
How to use this
- 1Open Business Hub, then Setup, then Advanced.
- 2Enter the provider display name, API key, sender, and segment when connecting Resend.
- 3Confirm the dashboard shows only a masked secret after saving.
- 4Use Campaigns to draft or send through the connected provider.
- 5Disconnect the provider from Advanced when the owner no longer wants that connection.
Keep in mind
- Resend is the first connectable email provider; Postmark, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and custom email API options are listed as planned connectors.
- Provider secrets belong in server storage, not generated site code, prompts, or public pages.
- Supabase remains an Advanced path for generic apps, schema work, and power users.
