Sharing preview links safely
Preview links let people review the version; remove sensitive data before sharing widely.
Anyone with the URL (and any required token) can load the preview. Do not paste them into public threads if the work contains secrets or customer data - even temporarily.
After handoff, rotate any preview-only credentials and rely on your production environment’s access controls.
