When the private preview is not ready

Retry the right step without losing the last finished website.

A preview can be delayed by generation, validation, storage, or a temporary service problem. Studio should keep the last finished website visible while the next version is being prepared or retried.

How to use this

  1. 1Read the current Studio status and wait if work is still active.
  2. 2Use Refresh preview when the version finished but the visible preview is stale.
  3. 3Use Try again when DriftLess reports that the run failed.
  4. 4Avoid starting several identical attempts at once.
  5. 5Contact support with the project and visible error if the same state continues.

Keep in mind

  • Refreshing a preview does not publish it.
  • Do not paste API keys, passwords, or payment details into a support request.
