Publish an approved website update

Keep new work private until you deliberately replace the version customers can visit.

Editing or generating a new version does not change the live website. Review the new private version first, then publish it when it is ready to replace the current public version.

How to use this

  1. 1Finish the update in Studio and refresh the private preview.
  2. 2Check every changed page on computer and phone views.
  3. 3Open Publish and confirm the readiness summary.
  4. 4Choose Publish update.
  5. 5Open the live website and confirm the expected version is visible.

Keep in mind

  • The previous live version remains available while the new version is being prepared.
  • Catalog price and availability changes can update separately from the page design. Recheck the live offer after saving changes in Selling; do not assume every catalog change waits for a new generated version.
