Give answers that improve the website

Use concrete information about the work instead of broad style labels.

A useful answer gives DriftLess something true that can improve one or more pages. Materials, process, customer needs, availability, delivery, and the reason people choose the work are more useful than words such as premium, modern, or beautiful on their own.

Checklist

  1. 1Describe the material, method, scale, or variation that customers notice.
  2. 2Name the visitor and the question they need answered before contacting or buying.
  3. 3Explain the feeling you want in familiar words.
  4. 4Prefer one important true detail over a long list of generic claims.

Keep in mind

  • Answer only what you know. You can skip optional details and return later.
  • Saving an answer keeps it for the project. Applying saved answers to the website is a separate reviewed update; check the result wherever that fact appears.
