When the website needs another pass

Separate a factual problem, a visual mismatch, and a broken preview so you choose the right fix.

Start with the visible problem. Correct an inaccurate fact through Improve site, use Change the look for a visual mismatch, or inspect the offered recovery when a preview stopped. A new generation is not the same as reloading an existing preview.

  1. 1Open Site details and confirm DriftLess understood the brief correctly.
  2. 2Correct inaccurate facts before changing the design.
  3. 3Choose Change the look when the content is right but the visual direction is wrong.
  4. 4If work stopped, read what was retained before choosing Recover from saved work or Open last inspectable draft.

  • Your previous website stays available while an update is being prepared.
  • Contact support when the same failure continues after a retry.
