Learn the simple owner workflow after a site is published.
Business Hub is the non-technical back office for a published site. Today shows readiness and recent activity, Inbox holds messages, Orders tracks requests, Customers and Accounts show people, Promos manages offers, Audience stores opt-ins, Campaigns drafts emails, and Setup controls features plus Advanced connectors.
How to use this
- 1Start on Today to see whether the site is published, healthy, and receiving activity.
- 2Use Ask Studio buttons when the public site needs a customer action added.
- 3Open Inbox, Orders, Customers, Accounts, Promos, Audience, and Campaigns for everyday work.
- 4Use Setup to enable or disable customer features.
- 5Replay the tour from Business Hub when a new owner needs orientation.
Keep in mind
- Business Hub copy avoids database language on the primary path.
- The owner can manage status changes without touching code.
- Advanced provider setup is available from Setup but is not required for forms, orders, accounts, or promos.
